Because the town won't allow stays under seven nights in the residential zones, we're running weekly turnovers instead of the nightly grind, and almost all of them land on the same Saturday. We staff for that.
Each turn we strip and swap the linens, restock coffee and paper goods, and wipe down the salt film that creeps onto glass and hardware this close to the water. Then claim-ready photos before the next guest keys in. Bluff-top view homes, the older bungalows west of the 101, the newer townhomes climbing toward Lomas Santa Fe — we do all three.

Every time. Anything west of the 101 gets grit in the entry and a haze on the windows — we treat that as standard on the coastal side, not an add-on.
