The stock out here is beach cottages and duplexes off Seacoast Drive, plus a handful of mid-rise condos, most of it owned by one or two people who bought before prices climbed. Fewer property managers, more hosts texting at 9pm about an 11am checkout. We work fast between guests — strip and swap linens, restock the coffee and the beach towels guests burn through, shoot claim-ready photos before we lock up.

Can you do a same-day checkout-to-checkin near Seacoast Drive?
Usually, yes. Most IB units are small — a one-bed cottage or half a duplex — so an 11am-out, 4pm-in turn is doable. Give us calendar access and we'll hold the slot.
What if a beach advisory cancels my booking mid-turnover?
You don't eat a fee for it. If the south-end water closes and a guest bails, we move the clean to your next confirmed stay — no charge for a cancellation that wasn't yours.
