Checkout's at 11 and the next guest usually lands by 4, which sounds roomy right up until a race day or the County Fair jams Camino Del Mar bumper to bumper. We build the schedule around that. July through September the track fills every beach-colony cottage and condo near the fairgrounds, so same-day back-to-backs are the norm and there's zero slack for a late crew.
The stock up here is fussy in the good way — bluff-view places in Olde Del Mar with designer finishes, outdoor showers that catch every bit of salt-air grit, linens that need to read hotel-crisp. We shoot photos of anything off before the next guest walks in, keep a restock log, and sync to your calendar so a surprise booking doesn't catch anyone flat. With only 129 legal rentals in town, discretion counts. We don't make a scene on your street.
Working turnovers between the racetrack and the bluffs
Can you handle a same-day turn during race season?
Yes — July through September is exactly when we staff up for it. Send the checkout and check-in times and we'll slot a crew to hit the gap, fair-day traffic on Camino Del Mar and the Coaster crossing included.
Do you deal with the salt-air wear on these beach-block homes?
That's most of what we clean out here. Salt gets into outdoor showers, glass and hardware fast, so we scrub it back every turn and flag any corrosion or finish wear in the photo report before it turns into a guest claim.
