Sand from the bayfront park tracked halfway down the hall, a couple of beach chairs left in the garage, and a slow cooker still crusted from taco night — that's a pretty normal Sunday checkout out here. These are family-sized homes, mostly the newer EastLake and Otay Ranch tract houses, so a turnover means the whole thing: three or four bedrooms stripped and re-made, towels counted, the backyard swept, and the community pool gate key back on its hook. We photograph anything a guest dinged so your damage claim isn't your word against theirs.
The two-per-resident cap means most owners we clean for are juggling one primary and one rental, so a same-day flip has almost no slack. We sync to your booking calendar, restock the coffee and paper goods, and leave it staged the way the listing photos promised.
Turnovers across EastLake, Otay Ranch and the west-side Village
Do you cover both the east side and the older west-side neighborhoods?
Yeah — Otay Ranch, EastLake, Millenia, Rolling Hills Ranch, and the older homes around Third Avenue's Village downtown. Suburban single-family houses and townhomes are what we do most.
Can you handle a same-day checkout-to-checkin flip and send claim photos?
That's the standard turnover for us. We work off your booking calendar, hit the checkout-to-checkin window, swap linens, restock, and text time-stamped photos of any damage before your next guest keys in.
