Can you do a same-day turnover when the Village is packed for Oktoberfest?
Yeah. Depot weekends and SDSU game days are our busiest windows, so we hold same-day slots for them on purpose. Send the checkout time and we'll have it guest-ready before the next arrival — parking on La Mesa Boulevard is the one thing we can't promise.
Do you handle the main house and the backyard casita as separate turns?
We do. Plenty of Fletcher Hills and Mount Helix properties list the casita on its own calendar, so we treat it as its own turn — separate linens, separate restock, separate photos — and bill it that way instead of lumping it into the main house.
